What you’ll learn in this training:

Building & Deploying Field Forms. How to use the form builder to create pre-starts, inspections, safety checklists, and other field forms — including field types like signature capture, geospatial map fields, draw-on-image annotations, calculated fields, tables, file uploads, and the Material to Review element. We’ll cover setting up QR code access so workers can scan and fill, configuring form permissions, and creating linked follow-up forms that automatically assign the next step to the right person.
Capturing Time & Materials from the Field. How to use the Worker Time, Equipment Time, and Material Transaction form elements to record crew hours, plant usage, and material quantities on site — and how those records flow automatically into Pay Rates, Schedule of Rates, and Job Costing. We’ll look at card view for individual timesheets and table view for a site diary layout.
The Mobile Experience. A walkthrough of the mobile app itself — submitting forms, viewing assigned forms, reviewing dockets and timesheets, executing workpack activities, and using Milo AI to assist with form completion. We’ll also cover how submissions and time data captured on mobile appear in the web dashboard for office teams.
