This session walks through Assignar Pay’s mobile app and Field module. You’ll see how to build custom forms, capture worker time, equipment hours and materials on site, and connect that data to Pay Rates, Schedule of Rates, Job Costing and Invoicing.

What you’ll learn in this training:

• Building and deploying field forms. Create pre-starts, inspections and safety checklists with signatures, maps, photo markups and calculated fields. Set up QR code access, permissions and follow-up forms that send the next step to the right person.
• Capturing time and materials from the field. Log crew hours, plant use and materials on site with the Worker Time, Equipment Time and Material Transaction elements. Records flow straight into Pay Rates, Schedule of Rates and Job Costing.
• The mobile experience. Submit and view forms, review dockets and timesheets, complete workpack activities and use Milo AI to fill in forms. Then see how it all shows up in the web dashboard for the office.
