Built for contractors

Assignar is an end-to-end operations platform purpose-built for subcontractors managing complex underground utility work.

From scheduling crews and equipment to capturing verified field data and turning it into billing- and payments-ready information, Assignar helps teams reduce manual work, stay compliant, and improve visibility across every project.

Following NUCA National, we’re continuing conversations with contractors about how bringing operations and finance together on a single platform creates better alignment, fewer handoffs, and more confidence across teams.

What's new:
Assignar Pay

Assignar Pay extends the Assignar platform beyond operations into invoicing, job costing, and payroll calculations—using verified field data as the foundation. By connecting field activity directly to finance workflows, Assignar Pay helps reduce rework, improve accuracy, and increase confidence across teams.

At NUCA, field-to-finance alignment was a common theme. Assignar Pay brings operations and payments together in one platform so teams can move faster with fewer manual processes and clearer financial visibility.

Meet Milo

Milo is Assignar’s AI construction expert—designed to read the fine print so your team doesn’t have to. Share contracts, EBAs, tickets, and dockets to get clear, contextual answers in plain English, grounded in your actual project data.

Unlike generic AI tools, Milo works directly within construction workflows, helping teams surface insights faster while keeping context, source, and accuracy front and center. It’s a practical example of how AI can support real-world construction operations—not replace them.

Meet the Assignar team
